Dispute centre

A visible process for contested reviews.

The goal is not to erase negative feedback. It is to give both parties a structured way to provide context and evidence before a disputed review is treated as settled.

Dispute progress

1. Dispute lodged

The member identifies the review and explains what they believe is inaccurate or unfair.

2

Evidence requested

Both sides can provide project details, messages, invoices, photos or other relevant evidence.

3

Third-party assessment

An impartial reviewer assesses whether the review follows HHN's review rules and whether statements are supported.

4

Outcome recorded

The review may remain, be amended, have context attached, or be removed if it breaches platform rules.
